2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is only permitted to have one account registered with m13win. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any accumulated balances or bonuses.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. m13win will not be held liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of your login information to a third party, whether intentional or otherwise.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Users who provide false or misleading information may have their accounts suspended or closed without prior notice. Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal is processed.

• Your full name must match a valid government-issued identification document.
• The registered phone number must be active and reachable.
• Any changes to personal information must be reported to the support team.

4. Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy

All financial transactions on the m13win platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency transactions are processed directly. Any currency conversion is entirely the responsibility of the user.

M13win accepts deposits via supported local payment methods, including Boost eWallet and Touch 'n Go eWallet. Deposits are typically credited shortly after payment is confirmed. Exact processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.

Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the platform's current policy in effect at the time the withdrawal request is made. m13win reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals suspected of involving fraud or money laundering will be held pending the outcome of an investigation.

Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to the specific terms of each campaign. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until the stipulated rollover requirements are fully met. m13win reserves the right to void any bonus if campaign terms are found to have been breached.

6. Account Policy, Amendments & Governing Law

Account Suspension & Closure

M13win reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances: breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from authorities, or at m13win's absolute discretion for operational or security reasons. In cases of closure due to a breach, any bonus balances or promotional credits will be forfeited. Legitimate cash balances will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to identity verification requirements.

Amendments to These Terms

M13win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the m13win platform shall be resolved through channels mutually agreed upon by both parties, and the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts shall apply.
